This wine truly delivers on all the hallmark traits Marlborough is famous for; intense aromatics, fresh fruit flavour and juicy, lingering acidity. From certified sustainable, family-owned vineyards in the Waihopai Valley, Marlborough, this wine was harvested, gently pressed, fermented cold in stainless steel tank to promote variety typicity and then aged on fine yeast lees for 12 months, creating palate weight and mouthfeel. This wine is vegan friendly and was bottled with minimal sulphites.

Fresh, crisp and mineral, with vibrant aromas of citrus, passionfruit and fresh herbs. The palate is juicy and lively, with lingering acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
