100% Sangiovese. Made with hand-picked, select grapes from vineyards with characteristic sandy, clayey, and calcareous soil. We follow the ancient traditional winemaking method: fully ripe grapes are harvested from the vineyards and pressed using membrane presses. Soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, and extended maceration on the skins follow.
